MTD Media Tracking - Across The Enterprise

 

Keeping track of your media is not a simple mater and it is not something that traditional network monitoring systems do.

What we do is sample all the places where media resides on your system and aggregate it in one database. Now you can search for a particular element and we will tell you where it is.

But it doesn't stop there. If you tell us what material should be at each site or in each server we will track it and map the progress for you all through the system. We'll also tell you if there is a problem anywhere in the network path.

No other network monitoring system is doing that. MTD Systems is media aware.

In the picture material is distributed by satellite network to multiple remote sites. At each site various processing steps are needed. Green icons show normal transfer, red shows a problem on the top row. You can click to drill in or just hover over the tags to get more information about the material or about problems.

Of course we can send out alerts on any of this too.
